My father is Wayne Gilbert and I know he was there in 68-69 but I am not sure if he knew your husband. He was in the 124th Signal Div / 4th Inf. He has been determined to be 50% disabled for PTSD and he now has a claim in for diabetes and severe neuropathy. My mother is his fulltime caretaker. If your husband remembers him, please email me.
