I just wanted to say thank you to those who have reached out to my sister to help her heal; Not only is it good that she hears from you guys that have been to war about your experiance, but that you can also help her understand mabey a small part of what my father was feeling at the time of his death.

I served 5 years in the United States Army and went to war 3 times and also to a peace kipping mission, so i have felt some of those feelings that no one man nor women can grasp or every understand unless they have served their country in the military, or in this day and age some of the civilians that have worked over in the war zone. I can't explain in words yet what it feels like to be at war and to deal with some of the things that you see and feel when you are over there. Not just for what is going on, but for the people in the country also. I know that my war the Iraqi war is no were near the same war nor would i ever try to compare it to yours, but I can grasp what you go through on a daily basis and one day i hope that i can in my own words explain my emotions within the whole process of going and being in a War.

I am going for a degree in Sociology to one day give back to all the soldiers that need help and dont recive it. So mabey one day I can save someone like my dad, for he was a good man and one that is honored in my heart and soul everyday, reguardless of the way he died.
