I served tad from Hal-3 in the battery locker. 1970-71. I tried not to blow up the 20mm cannon battery pods. AE-3 sailors are not that bright. At least it got air conditioning. That's why I volunteered. Looking back I wish I was a better sailor. What do 20 year old kids know?
