Subject: Jake Kraemer Kane County Illinois Chapter - Past Away

My father Jake Kraemer, previously from the Kane County Illinois Chapter has passed away January 10, 2009. We are having a service for him in Albuquerque, NM January 15th, 2pm at the BioPark - Japanese Garden. He died quickly of cancer in the kidney, lungs, and brain.

I'm trying to find any of his old friends from Illinois so they are aware and can reach out.

Many thanks for posting. I would be greatly appreciative if anyone is able to reached.
