My name is Greg Kline. I just found a POW Bracelet, that I have held on to for over 41 years. I was 13 at the time I got it. The name on the bracelet is Capt John Fer. I would like to contact him an give him this bracelet. I paid $5 for the bracelet in 1967 to support American soldiers fighting in southeast Asia during the Vietnam War.
