Go to your local VSO and they can show you the regulations that considers ANYONE who served in Viet Nam while combat was taking place are ASSUMED to have been exposed to agent orange. There is also a list of maladies that are attributed to agent orange exposure. If you don't have a Veteran's Service Officer near your home, contact any organization such as the VFW or American Legion or AMVETS. They can help you find the people to see. Good luck, but expect a drawn out process. There are people who are GLAD to assist veterans with such tasks.
