Subject: Agent Orange exposure 1966 USS Carpenter DD825

VA has denied my claim for a presumptive disease, TYPE II diabetes (adult on-set). Provided historical and military records which document that I service in the coastal waters of the Republic of Vietnam, providing search and rescue, and gun support for ARMY. Another ship, USS SPROSTON DD577 which also serve in the group of ships on Dixie Station is included on the presumptive list of ships, but not my ship which provided exactly the military support in the coastal waters of Vietnam is listed a new presumptive list of ships. Please explain if you can?
