Subject: 69th Engineer Battalion Patch Description

My Father served in Vietnam, and was a member of the 69th Engineer Battalion. I am trying to get an accurate description/picture of the Builders for Peace patch. Specifically, what is wrapped around the eagle's claw? All the pictures I have found are of poor quality and a bit fuzzy.
