You said your husband was in Pleiku 67 and 68. So sorry to hear about his illness. My husband, Alvin Meredith was there 10/68 to 10/69 and has diabetes from agent orange. He is being denied PTSD because he cannot prove this was a "combative" area. Al said they received daily rocket fire but needs name, date, rank, and military ID number to prove his claims. Can you help?
