and download a Standrd Form 180, fill it out and send it to this address.

Be sure to sign the form and ask for his DUTY STATIONS and DATES. This info will give you the units he served with and give you information needed to search for guys he was with. For reason you need info , put family research. Under the FOIA much of his military record is public record except for things like his SS Number, medical records etc.
