Rhonda-
I too have Lt.Col. Miller's bracelet; it was my mother's, and I, too, was curious as to his status. A quick Google search shows that he is alive and well in Irvine, CA. He was released in Feb. 1973. He seems too have been outspoken in the 1999 presidential campaign against John McCain. I hope you are able to track him down!
