Date Posted: Wed, Sep 28 2011, 2:41:13 I have posted here before and I am supposed to go in front of the board meeting in first week of december 2011 My background is that I moved to florida from ca, and have been clean and sober for 5 years. (still see my own addiction md and get drug testing from him) ca won't let you go into another program when moving. You have to voluntary relinquish your license Question is did any body use an attorney and did it help? And since I last talked to FL BRN almost 2 months ago haven't received any other letters from fl telling me what to do to get prepared for the hearing I already had a fl rn license. Anyway , I have talked to florida brn attorney and have asked to go in front of the BRN. Has an body here been in the same situation? In ca it didn't help to have an attorney, everybody gets the same 3 year sentence I do know of other rn in my situation who just had an informal hearing and didn't talk to the board and they all got a 5 year sentence in IPN and because I moved to this state I will have a mark on my license in fl, because of relinquish from another state [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
