I got a DUI in January and I got approved for licensure. I have to have an evaluation with the IPN but that's all. The other people there got approved also. A lot were from other states. There was one girl who had a possession of a controlled substance charge and she got denied. They said that in the state of Florida if u gave been arrested with a controlled substace u have to wait 15 yrs. I would email the board and see what they say.
