IPN has now farmed out their drug testing notification to a company called Affinity eHealth. You can find out if you are to test by a PIN number either by phone or by computer. You can't find out until 4am though. The good news is that you can test at places other than Lab Corp!!!!! You do have to pay prior to testing and bring a COC with you that they have provided.
