Wanted to share that I have been using Affinity ehealth since I began my adventures in the monitoring system 1.5 yrs ago. It has not been that difficult to work with. I like the fact that I can choose other labs besides Lap corp that offer better hours also if you find a lab that you would prefer to use that is not on the list you can ask them to add it by sending in a form with all the detailed info. However BEWARE...just this past week I received a call from my CM saying that I had missed a check in when I had not. I checked my call log to be sure then contacted Affinity...they basically said "well yea that happens from time to time" and that I should check in from land line or computer to decrease risk of this happening. Well of course no one has ever told me this. I have a straight talk phone....kinda like trac phone....so dont get list of calls as with normal carriers. So Im having to contact company and jump through a lot of hoops to try to prove to my CM that I did in fact call and for once something is NOT my fault. I have also faxed her copies of my call log which of course is not suffice. Anyway just be careful may want to verify on comp that your check in actually got recorded.
