 I had posted a few weeks ago that I felt it necessary to call the BON regarding a nurse I work with. I was sitting next to her when the call came in from home that she had gotten a msg. from the BON. She called the nurse mgr. and said she had to speak w/her that it was an emergency. I peeked around the corner where the mng's. office is and they shut the door for a while. This nurse has been working without a beat since and is still impaired.

I guess it's ok to work impaired as long as the drugs you take are your own.
