It's possible there is an investigation going on by the BON, and it's possible that this nurse in her meeting with the nurse mngr. was able to communicate in such a way as to have the mngr. speak to the BON on her behalf stating something other than what I know is true. The manager is 29 yrs. old and wasn't familiar with the monitoring program when I hired in. Her eyes just glazed over when I asked her if she was familiar with a monitoring agreement. I dunno either.
