My job called me into today to have me sign a resignation and I could never come back to work for the health system (which is the only health system in my area)

They said I should have told them that I surrendered my ca rn license in 2010 from an incident that happened in 2006. Got my job in 2008, have been working for 4 years.
I reported to my boss 01/01 when the florida board reviewed my case and asked for a hearing, she is aware of the everything
Now I am just waiting for the final verdict(contract from IPN) had an eval last month.

When I applied for the job I had clear and active license in both state. Had no convictions. I didn't know I had to tell my job that I surrendered my license in 2010

The head of human resources kept stating " you gave up your license, why would you do that" I was actually told bad advice in california to just surrender your license would be easy and I wouldn't have to pay the fines

She is asking for records from ca and florida, I feel like she is the brn
