It's not the going to work that's the problem, it's always been the pissing part. It's truly a pain in the ass, or more forward, no pun intended. Once you secure your feel you've secured a position, you just have to be honest. You have to tell the a) you will have to come in late; b) take a long lunch; or c) leave early - because you are commited to this program. And it's not a forever program. It really is short term. May not seem like it now, but you got thru the first one, you'll get thru this one too. And then follow up with the fact that you are the safest nurse out there practicing, so you will be the least of their worries. And leaving early, coming in late now and then may be a little disturbing...but you are a great employee, dependable and most importantly safe!!
