BUT- Armed I am impressed at your calm and reasonable response to her posts. Please understand that it IS hard to read about other nurses who have done as bad or worse as we and seem to have gotten off easier. And- "getting off easier" is not always a gift since getting a relatively light punishment (which IS what it is & is not about recovery) may set one up for relapse. I am sorry that we don't have the positive posts you would like to see, but people are being real here. Some of those with the most positive, clean & sober outcomes don't post because they have moved on in their lives and want to put the horror of what happened to their licenses (and their souls)behind them. I think many of us have PTSD from what we have been through. I know I do. Anyway, thanks for posting Armed & not getting into a flame throwing contest with anyone.
