So I think it went okay. She showed me around, and then told me about the position expectations, schedule, eam blah, blah, blah and then ask me to tell her a little about myself. So of course I started with all that was good and at the very end I kinda said oh and BTW....im participating in the monitoring program - refrained from saying discipline program. I downplayed it ALOT. I told her that although yes I had restrictions none that would interfere with this position. I followed up by giving her copies of my RN license and every possible piece of positive paperwork that I could possibly find from therapist, counselors, employers (since the incident) etc. She asked me how I was doing now and I told her Ive been in recovery for over 2 yrs now and doing very well and that I had alot of personal issues at the time that have since been resolved and that I have gotten tx for depression. Her face did look like it dropped slightly when I told her about being monitored - however she did say that she would call me today because she wanted me to come back next week to shadow for a couple of hours and see if I fit in with the rest of the team. I half expected not to get that phone call...but low and behold she called at 8am and left message saying to come tuesday.....I would think this is a good sign eh???

The only thing I am worried about now is how I answered that one question on the application. I posted it here ...not sure if I answered it correctly or if it is going to look like I lied. Because she said at one point - well I guess everything is okay if they put you on through for interview. AND of course I didnt mention I had misdemeanor as result of my indiscretions......
