Ethan-

I wouldn't panic too much. Of course, every state handles missed call ins differently. I have multiple state licenses. When I was only monitored by Indiana- they were SUPER lenient about EVERYTHING. Almost too much so. I think that is where TLCme is located. I missed one in Ohio and I thought I was going to have a stroke. I wrote a letter explaining my error (my son's wedding day with the 250 guests in our backyard for a reception, and my mother's funeral the day after with relatives from all over the country flying in the day I forgot to call). They never even mentioned it when it came to my reinstatement. But, like you, I had never missed a call before (or since), and I had never failed a screen. Don't worry too much, the occassional slip up is probably expected. Have a great new year!
