I have read at least a hundred disciplinary files for my BRN (Cali), in order to see what I might be in for. What stands out to me is that CURRENT status (as reported by a supervisor) seems to go a long way with my BRN. They want to know that nurses are SAFE to practice. And of course, as you are well aware, they need to know that you have jumped through a sufficient number of hoops and have suffered enough to be truly grateful for any scraps they throw your way.
