Even though in the beginnings of these fiascos the law does not seem to be of much help I wonder what would happen if in this instance a lawyer for you might not be the ticket, yeah yeah probably more expensive than the urines but think of the time cost as well. Check your local BAR assciation for help. Try contacting Peg Schaffer to see if she has any insight or how about Basil Miranda, or a board member there must be a quicker way out. I'd say send them a letter stating you fullfilled your end of the bargain and as far as you are concerned you are finished but that might get you into hot H2O since the BONs have no concern for the law so DO NOT do it.
