I TOTALLY agree!!!!In fact I have got the impression that "facilatators" of groups encourage participants in their challenging quest to secure some type of nursing/healthcare type employment is to "wait untill the job is offered then tell "spill the beans of being an IPN participant". This type of promotion of such deceit will not progress the acceptance for any employer of nurses in any sort of mandaded "program" of recovery. Remember one must be VERY careful in who or what one confides into. Sad such deceit is promoted by such entities. This type of action may be the causation of discrimnation litagation in regards to employers. Employers will attempt to avoid such problems.This one of the reasons why it is such a challenge for any individual in any sort of program to secure employment.SUKS BIG TIME!!!!!so hand over the CUP!!!!
