Date Posted: Fri, May 27 2011, 13:17:23 With all this Florida state goverment cutbacks in spending state funds, I have heard thru the rumor mill that Florida's Intervention Project for Nurses is being considered by the current govenor to be discontinued? I have attempted to obtain concreate information from the "higher powers" in Jax but as usual no response. The rumor that I have also heard is that due to budget cuts in goverement funding, that maybe in order for IPN to continue providing "service" to the recovery nurse community that a quarterly or annual fee may be charged to participants in order to supplement funding from the goverment, remain compliant with contract obligations and enable IPN to be better able to provide "customer service" to the recruits, participants and employers who have an interest in what IPN services are to promote public health and safety to the community.Maybe there is a individual who is a member of the "higher powers" who would be so kind to provide the REAL TRUTH to this rumor??????? Again, I have atempted to seek out the TRUTH but to no avail, the truth is hiding out there.... somewhere....... [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
