If you can, try to get some kind of documentation that your participation is the reason they fired you, but make up a reason so they don't know what your up to. Maybe ask for it to "show people on job interview" or say that your case manager wants to see why they fired you.. If you do get some kind of documentation that that Is why they fired you, you can file a equal opportunity/ ADA violation and sue them...
