 Hmmmmm...."advocacy programs" posses a LOT OF POWER!!!!To convey a message with such a concern that you have indicated could be construed by the higher powers in Jax. that one is not "working a program",( progressing satisfactorily per participant manual guidelines, this could be grounds for dismissal.) as evidenced by impending execution and submission of such concerns in refernce to "new" contract of 5 years. The "powers to be" could enact such limiting sanctions to the extent that it would be an act of congress for one to secure any type of employment.Be it best for ones sanity to STAY OFF THE RADAR that eminates from the great city of "Jax" Beach.It is perplexing that a disenfranchised, oppressed disparate treated segment of the populous would submit themselves to reasonable suspison to evolve to probable cause and have end up with such career/employment limiting sanctions. This would be compared to one picking up a large viable, strong, very active half cobra/rattlesnake cross reptile full of venom ready to deposit via SHARP fangs in a halpess soul that happens to get on the radar. it is not a productive action to engage in actions that may end a promising career. BEWARE,BEWARE,BEWARE!!!!!
