He indicated this was not a relapse...she got off with a color change, no additional treatment and no contract extension. Another girl tested positive for oxy...took one from her sister...her addictionologist stated this was not a relapse...she got a requirement of taking an "educational program", a color change and a brand spanking new five year contract. I was under the impression that if you came up positive for anything...it was considered a relapse...and "protocol" calls for a new contract. I don't know about negative tests.
