Subject: This quote is so beautiful. So, I'm wondering what happened to all the furnishings of Lallybroch over the 200 years, up to the time Brianna and Roger restored the place? I know, tenants came and went and that furniture probably went all over the place, sold off by Jamie's family or others. I'd love it if Diana G. would give us a detailed chronology of the ownership of Lallybroch, after the Fraser family and the Highland Clearances happened. I don't think anywhere in the books does it go into this. But, I'm obsessed with old houses and their histories.
