Subject: thank you for listening. I know i sound negative right now and i"m trying so hard not to. It's just most things people recommend either aren't feasible or we've tried and can't do. My mom is coming over tonight for an hour to watch the girls. I'm going to take my kindle to the park and sit and read on a bench or take a walk. That's a start and we get to spend some time at the movies with my dad tomorrow which will help. I appreciate all of your prayers and vibes. It helps so much to know I'm not alone.
