We purchased an 'international money order' at the local post office. I think it cost less than $25 for a $20 international money order. Not too bad, I didn't think. Good luck! I made it out to Helene so she could cash it and do whatever she needs to in order to get the money to the fund in Scotland. -- The Kirk
