Subject: Lass, if it helps any, I've had 2 basal cells and 1 squamous, both removed successfully, so far! The doc issue stinks. It's so important to be pro-active w/the docs these days.....prayers with your mom!

I did some research on the interenet and talked to Mom again and we think it is either basal cell carcinoma (probably) or squamous cell skin cancer. Both say they are highly treatable with a 95% cure rate. It's a shame to have to be doing our own research when she is paying a doctor for treatment. Even today she still will not consider coming to where I live to get treatment sooner. Dad is so selfish and only cares that he doesn't want her to be away since someone else would have to take care of him. *sigh* Thanks for the posts. I really appreciate your concern.
