Subject: oh marcie thats just awful---not only the patently uncaring attitude of doctor but the receptionist! how dare she -- ugh!!! don't get me started on obstructive (and downright rude) receptionists ..... hang on in there hon and give your mam my fondest regards... hopefully this will turn out to be something other than a melanoma --- i 've had 3 lots of basal cell removed myself and suffered no ill effects so am hoping your bonnie mam will be the same --- hugs to you my l'i'l redneck (((((((((((((((((marcie and shirley)))))))))))))))))
