Subject: I am deeply convinced, those things happen on purpose. God - or whatever you like to believe in - gives us these moments to stop and think; telling us that there is hope and all is/will be well. Everything that happens in our lives - even or rather especially the bad things - will turn out to be part of something even greater/even better. I strongly believe in that and it kept me from being desperate more than once in my live.

I said something to my sister like "Mom is here and not happy that we are throwing out her things." Flash a number of months later, I am in the ocean in Aruba, thinking how much my Mom would have loved the warm water here, and out of no where a dragonfly buzzes by me. I looked up to sky and smiled.
