Subject: Woo Hoo. I got to relax!

We had pre-approval, but surveyors, inspectors, appraisers, and bankers take forever. Despite the dragging a$$ process, we closed Monday at 10:00 and started moving in at 4:00. Lunch, BestBuy, phone calls, and errands being the delay. We actually slept in the new digs that night. Hows that!
You know how you sit around your house and say "I wish this place had this or that, was located more over there, and faced this way? Everybody likes what they have, but after a bit, they look to improve. Well, we built a list and somebody put that house up for sale. And Rhonda nearly yanked my arm out of socket getting to it.
We were never in doubt for the mortgage, but I don't wait well. Thanks for the soothing vibes. They did help.
