Seriously, I have to work at concentration just to hang on. You have to find something that makes you think, and I mean the kind of thinking that makes your forehead wrinkle.
I stumbled on this site awhile back. The games are quick and mentally challenging.

The games change daily, the good ones stay for awhile. Like naming all the countries in Europe in a set time. 47, and I can do it now.
Its not just for fun, it helps. It works for me, maybe it will help for you.
Until you find something that makes you less worried about it, I'll keep you in my prayers.

p.s. it is killing me not to add "if I remember". ;-)
