Subject: Welcome to Lallybroch, Christina! The Books do have a tendency to take over one's life, don't they? Even on the second (or umpteenth) read-through. Come and join us on the other boards as we all wait for An Echo in the Bone, but make sure you leave time for your thesis, too. I'm sure Jamie didn't want to climb out of a nice, warm bed to fix a leaky roof, but it was important, and so is your thesis (I have no idea why that scene just popped in to my head, but, well, there it is *G*!)

  • Christina - Welcome to LOL! I am also at DOA in my re-read. DOA is one of my favorite books to savor - such good scenes. I love seeing Brianna and Jamie together and also Brianna and John. I am in graduate school and can read these at my leisure without worrying about forgetting the storyline, etc. Good stress relief. Glad you found us! (NT) -- Lady JenF :), 05:39:53 06/26/09 Fri
