Subject: I AM IN LOVE WITH JAMIE FRASER!

In August of 2009 I went out to the internet looking for a new book to read. A number of people recommended Diana Gabaldon's Outlander, so I picked it up and fell in love! I have spent the last 7 weeks reading the entire series from Outlander to Echo in the Bone. I am bleary eyed and yet happy. I couldnt put the books down, my husband thought I needed an intervention :) I've never posted to a website before, but also have never had a series of books affect me so much. After reading them, the characters stuck with me, and sometimes showed up in my dreams. I would think about the plot twists and turns long after I stopped reading. I would laugh out loud at Jamie's one liners and yell out loud when a character we thought was "dead" is resurrected. I love Jamie Fraser. I love his code of honor, duty, his strength, his love of family and of course his love for Claire. I love Ian and Fergus and all the characters that make the stories what they are, romantic adventures set in times of war. A note to Diana Galbaldon, please write quickly...Je suis prete...I am ready...for the next book in the Outlander series!
