I am currently reading Voyager and am absolutly, positivley, addicted to and in love with this ongoing story of Jamie and Claire. Believe it or not, I have talked my adorable husband in to wearing a "Utilikilt" when working around our property....hee hee hee!!" on 18:36:02 07/31/09 Fri

But I noticed when surfing the net, that there was a James Fraser from Brae, in the Shetland Islands in the 1400's. Hmmmm... My father was from Tennessee where a lot of Scottish settled in appalachia....Hmmmm. Well that's it...I'm Scottish!! Thanks for the warm welcome, Ladies! It feels good to be HOSED!...wait, that didn't come out right... =]

  • Welcome to Lallybroch, Megan of the Island! It's never too late! Let us know when you start saying "verra" and "bairns", or my favorite, "mouldy old pout worm", or start wearing plaid pajamas *g* I've no Scots blood in my veins, but a love for the Scots in my heart, so that's good enough for me! Watch out for spoilers, if you frequent the Books Board, since you've not yet finished the series. Let us know what you think, tell your fellow workers about us, and happy reading!
