I think I speak for everyone when I say that we use terms like "slog through" to mean "we really didn't 'get' a lot of it but the story was better and better and totally worth the not 'getting it'. Please correct me if I'm wrong. These are really some of the best books I've ever read (from someone who tried to start GOKs about two or three timed before actually accomplishing it).
