Subject: Read 2 and 3 last night and today. Warming to the characters but still feeling this is a watered down version of the BDB. I think the characters are not as in-depth as the Brothers are. I will read the rest of the series as I want to know how the rest work out,*g*, but not keepers for me (ie - I won't buy them). Biggest disappointment - getting to page 205 in Kiss of Crimson and finding the next 15 pages had been ripped out. Obviously the library doesn't know so I will let them know when I send it back on Monday.
