Subject: I love this series too. The third book was actually my favorite because I felt that the writing improved and though it was depressing it was also realistic that it couldn't just be happily ever after- not after all he'd suffered But also, because of the epilogue in the 2nd, I knew it would all be OK and i just enjoyed the ride of getting there. An amazing couple! And an amazing story. I think the time in Napa was nearly as good as Lasarevo (don't know if I spelled that right.)

  • I loved this series. I agree, it is second to DG's. If I can't get people interested in DG's Outlander when I tell them about it, I try to hook them on trying The Bronze Horseman. I really liked how book#2 told about Alexander's history and book#3 told about Tatriana's story. So sad. (NT) -- Brenda W, 07:46:48 08/22/08 Fri
