Subject: Mary thanks for letting me know the status. I was just at the library today they couldn't find a copy in any of the districts. So I'm assuming it's not available in the US yet.. If anyone out there has a copy and would consider sending it to me I would be happy to return the book after I read it. I'm in Colorado around the Denver area.
