Subject: Rollaine, Rollaine! I am reading "Tuesdays With Morrie" by Mitch Albom!

I love this book, but I can't read it without crying. I found a used copy in one of my favorite bookstores and decided to get it. Especially the part about forgiving yourself and other people. I know I'll read it again and again. What is especially difficult for me to accept is that I wasn't there with my parents when they died. I had a vision of me and Hospice holding their hands, dying in their own bed at home and it didn't turn out like that in either case. I felt helpless to control both situations, due to extenuating circumstances. Maybe the pain I feel will abate in time. I don't know. Anyway, if anyone is in touch with Rollaine --she doesn't post much these days; maybe she lurks-- tell her I read it. I haven't gotten to the part where Morrie dies, but that will be difficult to read. How do others feel about this book? Until I lost my parents, I really wasn't in an emotional place conducive to taking it all in. Do others feel this way?
