    • The 2nd isn't too memorable to me, but it is best to read the series in order. My favorites are Dark Highlander and Immortal Highlander. And this has already been said - the Fever series is much darker - more urban fantasy than romance. (NT) -- Gina-C, 18:00:47 10/19/10 Tue

• Ooooooh, fun, fun, fun! I've read them all. Own them all as well. My least favorite, but still favored, is book 2, To Tame a Highland Warrior. My all-time favorite is still The Dark Highlander (Daegus!!!), which is more serious and darker than her previous Highlander stories. The Fever Series is quite different, though - talk about dark and serious, yet fascinating. After I finished the third book in that series I had to take a break and read some little pieces of fluff for a while, because I was truly shaken. Really. • Are the books romance, as in Outlander romance...or romance romance? I've never been into romance novels. Outlander was the first book containing any sort of romance that I've enjoyed.
