Subject: Are you eating less gluten? That's what I'm trying to do- less wheat based products so I'm forced to eat more rice and potatoes instead of sticking bread in my mouth. A piece of chocolate as opposed to a cookie, that kind of thing. And when I was really strict over a 3 day period, I lost 3 lbs, but its really hard to keep up with a family- you know, no pizza, no bun on a hamburger.
