Subject: Welcome to the JULY POLL

This month's question is all about TIME TRAVEL. But first, you can check out the resutls of the June Poll and then go on to the July Poll! Have fun!

First, here are the results of the June Poll:

Now, onto the Poll! Our question for this month is who would you like to see travel back or forward in time? Now, we know Jamie can't time travel, but we took a wee bit of "artistic license" here! Only 2 choices this month! The poll will close in 7 days.

A) Jemmy and Mandy going back in time to see their grandparents

B) Jamie and Claire going forward to see what Roger and Brianna have done with Lallybroch

[> A. I'll start the ball rolling again this month. I would love to see Jem & Mandy turn out to be "Super Time Travelers" -meaning they can come & go as they please without any detrimental effects. I think it was mentioned in Voyager that Claire may not survive another trip through the stones. But how cool would it be for Jem & Mandy to be the link through time for the family! [> A - but only if they can do it safely. Time-traveling is dangerous, even with gemstones, and they're just little kids. Would be neat to see them try it when they're a bit older, though. I'm glad Diana is absolutely against the idea of Jamie time-traveling under any circumstances; I really wouldn't want to see him in our time. I am secretly hoping that DG will do something in the future books to allow Jamie to travel to the future. I would love and t hink that Jemmy NEEDS his grandda with him and so does Mandy need Claire. I hope my predictions come true. I would love it if Jamie and Claire could be buried together but in the future where Bree, Roger Jemmy and Mandy could still visit them at their grave sites. I think we have already seen him on and off in the future as a ghost or an astral projection of himself (while dreaming in his own present) but don't want him to be subjected to the indignities of life in our times. This is my frst post, just found this site and it's nice to read about fellow Jamie and Claire lovers (I even named my frst daughter Brianna), that being said, I would love to see Mandy and Jem go back to see their grandparents. I also think it would be cool to weave Master Raymond into it somehow, I think that could lead to some fascinating revelations...especially....since there was that bit about a prophecy just before Geillis was killed.
