Subject: Danielle - you can ask questions like this on the Books Board, feel free, and don't worry about spoilers, Judie sets a moratorium while we discuss new releases on the (wait for it...) New Releases Board, but after that date anything is fair game on Books. To answer your questions though, I don't think Rachel knows much about Ian's past but I don't think she'll be surprised and I think she'll take it in stride - she knows who and what Ian is. Ian learns about Emily's child (there is huge debate about whether Lizard is Ian's, I personally think he is) in EITB, chapter 40 'The Blessing of Bride & Michael'. (pg 404 in green slime).
