Subject: I haven't been to Scotland in July, but I was there in August. When we were in Inverness, it was nice during the day (around 75F) but it got rather chilly at night (around 45-50F). Make sure to wear lots of layers! I can't help with camping sites, but there is a youth hostel in Inverness we stayed at that was nice and clean.
